Altica corrusca

Blue Metallic Flea Beetle, Altica corrusca. These beetles have long been known in Tasmania under “Altica pagana” but this name has recently proven to be a junior synonym (Reid & Beetson 2015). Blue metallic  Arsipoda beetles can be readily confused with this species but can be separated by having elytral punctures in distinct series, as opposed to being confused in Altica.
