Linosomus socius 

Linosomus socius , formerly known as Notolinus socius is notable among Tasmanian Xantholininae for possessing moderately inflated fore tarsi. Bodylength 6 to 7 mm.  There is only a single Australian representative of Linosomus.

Found inside a house. The fore leg is being cleaned in the last photo, with the a fore tarsi poking out of the madibles.
