Tomoxioda aterrima

The mordellids below are placed here tentatively based on their truncate ‘tails’ (pygidium). Other described Tasmanian Pintails have their pygidium generally more elongate and pointed. T. aterrima is a satiny black species without dorsal spots or fasciae. Bodylength varies from 3 to 8mm.
