Tapeigaster annulata is a bright orange species notable for lacking any contrasting stripes or spots dorsally on the thorax. A couple of other features to check for in combination with the previous character are that all the femora are somewhat similar in thickness (ie not noticeably thickened), all tibiae have two dark rings (sub-basal and apical), and antennae blackish.
