Sapromyza nr metallica
In terms of the species Malloch accepted and included in his last key on Australian Sapromyza (Malloch 1928), this is most close to S. metallica but differs principally in leg colouring, lacking the near entirely blackish fore legs and the black bases of mid and hind femora.
