False Stable Fly, Muscina stabulans – only species known for Australia, recognised from other Australian muscids by the combination of wing M vein slightly, but distinctly, bent up at the apex, scutellum reddish apically, and legs (excluding tarsi) largely reddish (fore femora only at apex).
