Parahyalopeza pantostica with Austrotephritis pumila
Mid October 2010
This video shows two species – the one with the stellate wing pattern is Austrotephritis pumila, the one with the completely spotted wings is Parahyalopeza pantostica. They are both very tiny tephritides – of the two P. pantostica is the smallest at around 2mm body length.
