Pelecorhynchus albolineatus

Pelecorhynchus albolineatus – thorax with incomplete dorsocentral white lines (enclosed in black lines), ending posteriorly at the suture; abdomen with pale and dark fasciae and a narrow median black vitta formed by the pale fasciae being interrupted there; infra-scutellar and abdominal hairs pale (not red as in P. eristaloides); and wings spotted. P. albolineatus is very similar to P. eristaloides, but differs principally by the scutum wide black dorsocentral lines encompassing a white line (instead of a spot) and the hairs behind the scutellum and between tergites a dull pale gold (instead of bright red).
