Only one Coleophoridae species occurs in Tasmania, the exotic Clover Case-bearer Moth (Coleophora alcyonipennella). The adult is a small, thin, dark metallic copper-green moth attracted in numbers to light at night. It’s larvae feed on clover and Medicago.
