Stathmopoda acontias – head, antennae and thorax entirely whitish-ochreous, with dark grey abdomen. The forewings pale whitish-ochreous with the following markings: a median streak ending just past the middle, a basal dorsal (inner margin) streak, a dorsal spot before middle, and a third dorsal spot just after the middle leaden-metallic edged dark fuscous; a variable small streak below costa just past middle (sometimes obsolete) and a subapical spot dark fuscous.
